Designing and building the website is only the start. After the initial publication of the website, most websites go through many revisions. New content is added. In fact, Google search engine ranking depends upon new content being added frequently.

Step 1: Prototype Design 

It starts with a meeting…

We start this step with an initial interview. This meeting has no strings attached to it and no financial obligations. It is simply a meet and greet where we sit down with you and get to know you as a business owner.

We want to know who we’re working with. You want to know who we are too. This is a perfect time to look over your current website, get a feel for your brand, and see where your vision for your business is going.

Then a Prototyping

Next we take all that information from our in person meeting and build a prototype with it. This website prototype is fully immersive and looks and feels like a fully implemented website. This lets you easily see what your website will look like we’re finished. Website design is an art and a science. It is important that websites not only look amazing but also function well for search engine ranking. That is where our expertise truly shines. The whole prototyping phase usually takes less than one week. Which means we can turn around and have a prototype ready and waiting for you – fast. 

Step 2: Build your Website

Once you sign off on your prototype, are ready to get started building your website! We convert the prototype into a live working website. This website is built with industry-standard WordPress technology. Approximately 30% of all websites or around 75 million websites use WordPress every day according to this article. That means that should you ever want to change providers there are plenty of capable website developers able to pick up right where we left off.

Step 3: Revise

After we convert your website prototype into a working WordPress website, it’s time to look at the text that is going on your site.  Usually we will try to build website content that we think looks and sounds good, but inevitably there will be things to change.

We will collaborate with you to fix and change anything you need. This whole revision process usually takes two weeks but can vary depending upon how many changes need to be made.  

Step 4: Go Live!

You’re website’s ready to publish!  Congrats! With your website looking amazing we will then schedule a “GO Live!” date.  This is the date your website will be published. 

We set this date to operate around you and your currently operational website.

Maintain & Update

Last but not least, we spend every month making sure your security patches, content changes and of course data backups to your website are kept up-to-date.
