Is there a contract?
The setup fee is a one-time engagement. The monthly retainer is month-to-month after the first 90 days. We do not believe in trapping clients — if we are not delivering value, you should be free to leave.
What if I have more than 6 data sources?
We handle additional sources at $150 per source in the initial setup. Most clients find that 4–6 high-quality sources cover 90% of their AI context needs.
Do you offer a trial or pilot?
Yes. We offer a paid discovery sprint — a focused one-week engagement to map your knowledge sources and produce an audit report — for $500. This is credited toward the full setup fee if you proceed.
