You might be able to tell from the term “search engine optimization” what is. But just so we’re all on the same page, let’s look at the definition. Search engine optimization is the process of building content to rank your website higher in Google search engine results pages. We do this so that when users ask questions directly related to our products our website comes up instead of the competitions. The single most important aspect of search engine optimization is the search engine optimization article. These are content articles written to describe a product, answer a question or look at a specific aspect of the industry. They include what we call “keywords” which are words customers use to search for your content.

The list goes on and on. That’s why it’s important to have a checklist to make sure you didn’t forget any aspect. The goal is to make it trackable and enforceable. If you have an employee not doing what they’re supposed to do, you want to remove excuses. That means you remove the “I forgot” excuse by outlining everything they’re supposed to do.
Yoast SEO plug-in
When you first build the content, we recommend that you use something like WordPad or Google docs to create articles. It can be very hard to write content in word press itself. Instead you store this content on something like the Google drive and later uploaded to your website. If you’re using WordPress, they have a free plug-in called Yoast SEO. This plug-in provides a checklist to make sure that you’re optimizing all your content for search engines. This is very easy to use and quickly lets you see where your problems are.
Another human being
This is the final and most important check. It’s great that you have a checklist and that you have a plug-in that allows you to easily check optimization. If however, you have a lazy employee. You need to make sure you have another set of eyes looking at the optimization content. This makes sure that you produce quality content and not just any content. It’s best to allow one employee to write the content and stored in Google drive while the other employee uses the Yoast SEO plug-in and enters the content into WordPress.
